This guest house is a restored grist mill, circa 1850. It originally had double slat sided walls in which corn-on-the-cob was stored

for drying. The mill equipment was located on the second floor. The building has changed a bit since then.

 

 

The first floor features a living room with exposed beams, wood floors, a fireplace, A/C, a stereo system, a DVD player, a VCR and satellite TV.  In addition, this floor has a full bath.

The kitchen provides ample workspace and all the utensils needed for family meal pre-paration. In addition to a full size range the kitchen is equipped with a toaster oven, microwave, a dishwasher, washer-dryer and several other small appliances. The dining table comfortably seats eight people. Double French doors lead to a small deck and a private furnished patio with an outdoor grill and fire pit. It is a short walk to the pool, river, dock & canoes.

A winding staircase leads to the second floor. The master bedroom (above)  has a queen size bed and a full bath. A second bedroom (right) and another full bath are also located on this floor. Both bedrooms have views of the farm and river.

The third floor includes a walk through area with a double sleep sofa and a full bedroom (below) with twin beds.  Sheets and towels are provided.

Weekly

   Saturday to Saturday for up to 6  persons                         

        Low season - March 29 - June 14,

                 Sept. 6 - Sept. 27, Oct. 19 - Dec. 20

                 $795/week, plus taxes.

        High season - Jan. 3 -  March 29, June 14 - Sept. 6,

                 Sept. 27 - Oct. 18

                 $995/week, plus taxes.

        Christmas, New Year’s, & President’s Week -

                 Dec. 20 - 27, Dec. 27 - Jan. 3 & Feb. - 16 - 23

                 $1,695/week plus taxes

 

Winter Season 

       Jan. 3 - March 29 - $6,995
