Located on the banks of The Black River and surrounded by water on two sides, this Echo Lake House is private and secluded.  It is a short walk to the Echo Lake and the Tyson Village Store (less than 5 minutes). 

   The house is located just off Route 100 and the Tyson Road near the Echo Lake Inn.  It is a mile from the Plymouth State Park beach area. It only takes a few minutes to get to downtown Ludlow.

   Okemo Mountain and Jackson Gore base lodges are five miles away and The Killington gondola is 12 miles away.  The house is located close to snowmobile trails, but far enough so you don’t hear them.  There is great fishing year round in the Black River and Echo Lake

   The house has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two gas fireplaces, a two person jet tub, A/C, a garage, a deck, a walk out lower level with a game room with pool table satellite TV, and seating area.

   By the Black River there is a seating area with a fire pit.  On the deck there is a dining area. Sheets and towels are provided.

                 Sept. 6 - Sept. 27, Oct. 18 - Dec. 20

                 $795/week, plus taxes.

        High season - Jan. 3 -  March 29, June 14 - Sept. 6,

                 Sept. 27 - Oct. 18

                 $995/week, plus taxes.

        Christmas, New Year’s, & President’s Week -

                 Dec. 20 - 27, Dec. 27 - Jan. 3 & Feb. - 16 Feb. 23
